Pearson BTEC Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership

Size and structure:

Purpose:

This qualification builds on the 45 GLH Certificate and is designed to provide a focused qualification on strategic management, leadership and change, with optional units that allow some specialisation. It prepares learners to work as strategic managers and leaders.

Size and structure:

The MBA route programme is designed for those who work in business management or other sectors with responsibility for managing people and budget. During your learning journey you will develop a range of skills and techniques, personal qualities and attitudes essential for successful performance in the management sector.

Assessment

Assessment of this programme will be via assignments, typically one or two assignments per unit. These assignments will vary and include a mix of formal reports, presentations and practical tasks.

Successful candidates will be awarded 2 postgraduate degrees:

1- Master of Business Administration (University of Northampton – UK)

2- Extended Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (BTEC Level 7 awarded by Pearson – the largest awarding body in UK).

IARS believes that the effective use of human resources is an essential element for implementing the UN SDGs which leads to improving nations and corporate economic performance, accordingly IARS will provide a special fund for the MBA programme to assist in the development of the industry and trade sectors in Egypt region as follows:

1 Fully funded scholarship and 3 partially funded scholarships for Master of Business Administration programme. Will be awarded for One Business professional from the business community in Egypt.

The programme will focus on the Implementation of the UNGC 10 principles in practice.

All scholars will be required to conduct their assignment and final dissertation on UNGC principles in practice.

100 % Funded Scholarship

This scholarship will be available for ONLY 1 applicant.

Criteria

• Holding Egyptian nationality.

• Management experience (Not less than 7 years).

• Graduate with Very Good or equivalent GPA.

• Employed by an active member in UNGCNE.

• English proficiency proof is required (6.5 score ILETS Academic Exam.)

• 2 professional reference letters (employers).
